This blog was born of necessity.
One day, I woke up in my 40s with too many thoughts in my head and nowhere to keep them. So, I decided to put them in writing. I have always enjoyed writing, and I’ve often regretted not pursuing it professionally. This blog is my chance to put my stories into words and share them with all who want to read them. My only hope is that what I have to say here speaks to my readers on a deep and meaningful level.
The stories here are my take on the world around me based on my own life experience. I don’t claim to be an expert on anything in particular, and I don’t expect everyone to agree with me or share my opinions. In fact, I appreciate hearing constructive criticism and views that differ from my own. I want to continue to learn and grow as a writer, a person, and an artist. Growth requires challenge and questioning. All I ask is that the dialogue be respectful.
